Is BLACKPINK going to collaborate with the recently reunited Jonas Brothers in the very near future? If the boy band has anything to do with it, it could already be a sure thing.
In a recent video for NBC Today, the Jonas Brothers were asked a series of questions of interest to their fans. Nick, Joe, and Kevin fielded questions about their personal lives, projects, and dream collaborations. When they were asked which group they want to work with for in their next songs, fans were happy to hear that they chose BLACKPINK.
During a fun game of Would You Rather, the Jonas Brothers were asked the question: "Who would you want to team up with next for a song?" to which Joe answered BLACKPINK without hesitation. Fans responded with excitement to his answer with BLINKs flooding the thread with encouraging comments.
One fan committed that if the Jonas Brothers X BLACKPINK collaboration happens, she will stream the MV, download the song and fully support the song. It seems that the general sentiment is positive because there have already been 4,200 likes on the video which has been viewed over 120,000 times in three days.
The Jonas Brothers recently reunited to release Sucker, wherein they featured their wives - Priyanka Chopra, Danielle Jonas and Sophie Turner in the music video. The song, which was well received for a long time, as well as new fans, ranked high in the music charts. BLACKPINK is currently performing Asia and Australia, after they took North America and Europe by storm for their Your Area World Tour.
After it was reported that BLACKPINK Jennie suffered a panic attack during a recent fanmeet for online store Shopee in Manila, she was still feeling under the weather during their performance in Macao's Cotai Arena.
According to a report by the New Straits Times, Jennie was able to perform for the entire concert but had to sit out the encore ending because she was already feeling sick. Jennie apologized to BLACKPINK fans through an Instastory post after the concert. She also promised to take care of her health to not make fans worry about her.
"Blinks, I'm so sorry about what happened earlier. I'm feeling much better now and I'll make sure I take much better care of myself. Macao Blinks! Thank you all for coming out tonight. I'm sorry that I had to leave without saying goodbye and I promise the next time we see each other I'll be well and healthy. Thank you Macao! I love you," BLACKPINK Jennie said in her post.
