Letterkenny Season 7 is happening, and it will be on Hulu. The television announced the show's coming, along with the surprise that it will be a Hulu Original series.

Hulu acquired the rights for the rest of Letterkenny seasons with the new licensing deal to exclusively stream the show in the United States. Hence, fans can now watch the series' previous six seasons on the streaming platform.

"We know from the current success of our Original comedy series' Ramy, Shrill and Pen15 that our subscribers are looking for hilarious, unique and engaging programming," Hulu Senior Vice President of Originals Craig Erwich said, via Polygon. "Letterkenny checks all of these boxes and then some."

Hulu first streamed Letterkenny Season 1 last summer. Since then, it developed a cult following. There were even talks about the series and got "exciting momentum."

So, Erwich revealed Hulu is proud to have Letterkenny Season 7 join its family. The network even announced when it would hit the small screens. It even teased the show would naturally find the Hicks' launch an "agricultural call-in show."

Letterkenny is a fictional small town in Canada. The show revolves around the life of Wayne (Jared Keeso), who is also the series creator, his friends, and neighbors. Although fans love its v very dry humor and quick delivery, it cannot be denied that it is quite a slow pace.  

Aside from Wayne, Letterkenny Season 7 will also feature his sister Katy (Michelle Mylett) and his friend Dan (K Trevor Wilson), per Variety. The Hockey players are Jonesy (Dylan Playfair) and Reilly (Andrew Herr), while Mark Forward plays the role of the temperamental Coach. Other stars that are on the show are Nathan Dales as Daryl, Tyler Johnston as Skids Stewart, Evan Stern as Roald, and Tiio Horn as Tanis.

New Metric Media will produce Letterkenny Season 7 in collaboration with DHX Media and Playfun Games. It is associated with Bell Media with the participation of Canadian Media Fund, OMDC Tax Credits, the Canadian Film or Video Production Tax Credit, and the Northern Ontario Heritage Fund. It is distributed by DHX Media & New Metric Media.

Letterkenny Season 7 will have six episodes and will be out on Monday, October 14. There will also be Letterkenny Live! Tour in New York, Chicago, and Minneapolis, starting on June 20. So, fans now have the chance to watch their favorite Canadian comedy series and see their much-loved characters up close and personal.
