This Is Us season 4 is reportedly looking for a new cast member, and many speculated it might be a new love interest for Kevin Pearson. Some information out there further speculated that this is certainly possible.
In a report from TVLine, it was noted that the NBC series is currently looking for a female actress who's in her 30's to appear in the fifth season in some capacity. It added that the new cast member will be recurring and will be featured in throughout at least part of the upcoming episodes.
While this does not necessarily mean fans will be going to meet the potential mom of Kevin's son, it's still possible that the new cast in This Is Us season 4 will be his new love interest. It can be recalled that his son was first seen in the flash-forward sequence at the end of the third season, but viewers didn't see her mother and Kevin wasn't in the future as well.
Also, it's very likely that Zoe is not the mother since she and Kevin broke up, and kids were one of their issues why they separated. And since then, others further speculated if Kevin and Sophie rekindled their relationship - but that also remains speculation.
Right now, the role of the new female character in This Is Us season 4 remains unpredicted. It's possible that this new cast member is related to Kevin, or she might not be related to him at all. The NBC series is looking for a "female in her 30's" who will appear in the new future - so her role as Kevin's love interest is very likely.
