TNT's hit drama series, Animal Kingdom, had just returned for its fourth season a few weeks ago. But even so, the new installment has already dropped major twists in terms of its plot. And the most surprising one was made known just a few hours ago when the Man vs. Rock episode aired.
As it happens, it has been revealed that Smurf might be on her terminal years already. This is because the last few moments of the third episode showed the results of her MRI tests and exams. And based on what her doctor has stated, she, unfortunately, developed skin cancer and melanoma that has surprisingly spread in other parts of her body and organs.
This kind of health concern is very alarming. Not only that the chance of cure is pretty low, but it already suggests a possible imminent demise. Accordingly, this has surprised a lot of people, especially the avid fans of the show.
As you may know, Smurf is the matriarch of the family. And having her around the course of Animal Kingdom completes the set of the series. So, if ever she leaves the plot, it will feel a little different considering that she has been a cast regular.
Nevertheless, these are just mere speculations. And there are no further words given yet about the following episodes and plots of the show. So, it is very likely that things will be much clearer when the new episode arrives on TNT.
Quite obviously, Animal Kingdom Season 4 Episode 4 will feature the aftermath of these health concern revelations. And surely, things will be very different for Smurf.
On the other hand, many of the fans speculate that this might be yet another tactic from someone outside the family. This kind of plot is pretty plausible. Many of the fans are pushing this kind of turnout. However, little has been shared about the succeeding events inside Cody's.
Also, the whole Season 4, so far, has been showing a lot of flashbacks and past events. So, certainly, there is a more surprising twist waiting in the future episodes.
But since the latest episode had just been dropped last night, it will take another week for the fans to witness the succeeding events inside the family.
