Based on these clues, it looks like TS7 will drop before 2019 ends. Accordingly, many of the Swifties fans are now speculating that Taylor Swift might be running after to be the number 1 album on charts of the Billboard. And just like the fans, critics in the industry state the same thing.
As it happens, the Billboard chart has now become an issue in the industry. This is because many artists today utilize album bundles to get a spot in the chart. And in these bundles, it has been seen that the album itself is not the main point of the purchase.
Unfortunately, many fans are appealed to purchase the bundles due to the inclusions alone and not the album. This is why many artists would focus on inclusions and include things like album merchandise and concert tickets to further increase sales.
So since people would be enticed to purchase these inclusions and the bundles, it will naturally add up to the number of sales of the artist's album. And as per critics, Taylor Swift is doing the same thing. The Look What You Made Me Do artist has been doing this ever since Red. The bundle even included a pizza box for every purchase which caught the attention of many.

Even so, Taylor Swift remains to be firm about her new and upcoming album's sales. And according to the latest reports about TS7 or as what would most people refer as Lover, the seventh album is now accepting pre-orders for the album that comes with pieces of her merchandise.
It may either be a shirt or a hoodie that shows a print of Taylor in the middle wearing the iconic color palette of TS7 - pastel hues. And by looking at numbers, it seemingly appears that Taylor Swift's new album might have a chance to reach the top of the charts once it releases soon.
