Easter egg hunting is one of Taylor Swift's things when it comes to marketing her music. Her upcoming album, Lover, has become a one big giant Easter egg for many months now. And since her latest single has just recently released its music video, fans are theorizing that it features an all-new set of clues and hints.

As you may know, Taylor Swift mentioned that she would not stop giving Easter eggs to her fans unless they tell her otherwise. But since the "Easter egg hunting" has become a massive success during the time of ME!'s release, it only fits as to why she would continue it with her second single.

According to Vulture, the music video of You Need To Calm Down features more than ten clues and hints. And surely, they all refer to her upcoming album along with its remaining tracks. Of course, the whole Swifties fandom immediately took off for a "hunt" and search for the clues that Taylor Swift offered.

The most apparent thing that the fans have noticed about the video is that it largely shows the love that Taylor have for the LGBTQ community. And because of this, many are theorizing that this is also a way for the artist to reveal the true nature of her sexuality.

So when she came out in one of the scenes having a hair that shows all the colors of the "Bi flag," many fans pointed out that Taylor might be revealing that she has already "come out of the closet."

Aside from colorful hues, there are also a lot of keywords and phrases that are seen in the video. And knowing Taylor Swift, these are not coincidences. Many are seeing these as clues to her upcoming tracks. Some of it might be the titles as per Just Jared. And some could be the lyrics of her upcoming tracks.

These words and phrases include "Mom, I am a rich man," "Lover," "Love Letters Only," "Sno-Cones/Snow Cones," "Music soothes the savage beasts," "Cruel Summer," and "Pop Queen Pageant."

The last one, "Pop Queen Pageant," is a nice foreshadowing of the current pop industry as per reports. As it happens, while these words are shown, several impersonators from RuPaul's Drag Race appeared to be some of the most prominent pop stars today. And these include Ariana Grande, Lady Gaga, Adele, Cardi B, Taylor Swift, Beyonce, Katy Perry, and Nicki Minaj.

During the scene, the tone of the music focuses on the notion that many people think that these artists are in the industry to compete for a "crown." But as per Taylor's lyrics, they "all got crowns," which simply refers to the thought that people, especially fans, should stop pitting artists against each other as they are all queens.
