The cameras start rolling for the production of the Game of Thrones Prequel. As HBO has yet to confirm what will be the spinoff series' new title, there are a lot of assumptions on what it will be called. So, meme creator and graphic artist supreme Wightsking steps in and creates possible title cards for the new show on Instagram.

'Bloodmoon'

The Game of Thrones Prequel reportedly has a working title Bloodmoon. It is not yet confirmed if this will be the show's official name, but Wightsking creates a title card for it.

The creator uses the show's official font to give it a Game of Thrones vibe with an image of a red moon at the back. It also has the HBO logo to complete the design.

'The Long Night'

George R.R. Martin seems to propose the Game of Thrones Prequel to bear the title The Long Night. It is the same title of the final season's third episode, featuring the Night King.

The spinoff is said to feature the Night King's origin so that The Long Night title may be probable. However, compared to the undead's signature blue look, Wightsking uses gold on its font with a backdrop of the Night King's sigil.

'The Freehold'

According to Winter is Coming, if the Game of Thrones Prequel tells the story of Valyria before the Doom destroys it, The Freehold will be the best title. Freehold covers the parts of Essos which provide the Dragonlords of Valyria with slaves. Hence, the design incorporates chains throughout the name.

'The Hedge Knight'

The Hedge Knight is from Martin's A Song of Ice and Fire novel series, on which the original show is based. If HBO uses this title, it will be another nod to the season's finale second episode, "A Knight of the Seven Kingdoms," and "Jenny's Song," which Podrick (Daniel Portman) sang.

It may also tell Martin's tales about Duncan the Tall, a hedge knight, and his squire Egg, who turns out to be Aegon V Targaryen. The title card also has a tree logo that symbolizes Duncan the Tall's sigil after Aegon proclaims him the Lord Commander of Kingsguard when he becomes King of Westeros.

Business Times recently reported the Game of Thrones Prequel would be set thousands of years before the battle of the kings. It will tell the story of the Age of Heroes, the secrets of Westeros, the origin of the White Walkers, the mysteries of the east, and the Starks of legend.
