Fans may have to wait for a couple of weeks before they see Jane the Virgin Season 5 Episode 15. The show will be in a brief hiatus to give way to the Fourth of July holiday.

But when it returns, the new episode is about to feature more twists as Jane (Gina Rodriguez) will have a new inspiration, but it may bring her in trouble. Despite her stature as an accomplished writer, she still finds it hard to look for an agent.

"After Jane is struck with inspiration for her book, she immediately begins to write, but her next challenge is to get an agent. Rogelio (Jaime Camil) has been so focused on being the star, he begins to contemplate taking on a different role instead," Jane the Virgin Season 5 Episode 15 official synopsis read, via CarterMatt. "Meanwhile, Jane thinks it's important to build a different relationship with the twins and turns to Petra (Yael Grobglas) for some guidance."

It can't be denied that Jane is a good writer, but some agents are not interested in her genre. Jane shouldn't take it personally, but she needs to accept that it is just how it works in the real world.

Rogelio, on the other hand, seems to be troubled as he wants to shift roles. But as he is doing fine as a supporting role, his plan may take its toll on him.

Meanwhile, Petra's role in Jane the Virgin has been quite a journey, from an evil character to Jane's most trusted confidant. As Jane and Rafael (Justin Baldoni) want her by their side for their wedding, it is a big question of what will happen to her after the series.

According to Bustle, things continuously improve for Petra after she lost her girlfriend JR (Rosario Dawson) and get the Marbella from Milos (Max Bird-Ridnell). But as Jane the Virgin Season 5 is about to end, there may be more drama coming for Petra.

There may be a telenovela-like twist that will happen in the final season that may affect Petra after showrunner Jennie Snyder Urman teased "life-altering events" are about to happen. The executive producer revealed there would be a pregnancy, deaths, and "people are going to have to die."

The show still has a few episodes to feature before it concludes, so fans should brace themselves for what may happen. Jane the Virgin Season 5 Episode 15 will be out on Wednesday, July 10, at 9 p.m. ET on The CW.
