With the news of the Brangelina split, all three components of the bizarre and long-time love triangle between stars Brad Pitt, Angelina Jolie, and Jennifer Aniston, are now single and back on the dating market.
This has gotten fans involved in speculation and countless theories about whether or not Pitt might think about rekindling the fire between any of the A-list celebrities on his ex-wife list.
Pitt and Aniston started seeing each other early in 1998 and later on, in the year, became an official couple. They got engaged in 1999 and tied the knot in 2000. As one would recall, the couple had an extremely lavish Malibu wedding which was notable for the 50,000 lush flower arrangements adorning the reception area, with a gospel choir of 40 singers and musicians.
To top it off, they a firework display that could put Disneyland's to shame. Overall, it was a magical night for the then-newlyweds.
Five years later, what was a fairytale became a total nightmare for Aniston, whom Pitt divorced in 2005. He told the public it was all caused by their "irreconcilable differences" and that because of these differences, they could no longer make it work. Aniston then went on to wed Justin Theroux in 2015 but shortly divorced him after three years of marriage.
The 55-year-old actor also claimed their split had nothing to do with a third party. But that turned out to be false. Apparently, on the set of Mr. And Mrs. Smith in 2005, Pitt met and fell in love with co-star, Jolie and got together with her a few weeks shy of the announcement of his divorce with Aniston.
Jolie and Pitt eventually went on to date for about 12 years before getting married in Paris. The former pair shares six children, three of whom are their biological kids and the other half adopted. However, this fantasy went down in flames as well, when after two years of marriage, Jolie filed for a divorce, and they eventually split.
Pitt was recently spotted attending Aniston's birthday celebration earlier this year, and it had stirred up a frenzy among old Brad-Jen shippers. At one point, reporters hounded Pitt and questioned him relentlessly if he was going to remarry Aniston, to which he chuckled at and replied with a good-natured "Oh my God," and then drove away in his car.
According to sources close to Pitt, although he is still open to and welcoming the idea of another marriage in the future, he most definitely will not remarry any of his Hollywood ex-wives.
His friends also reveal that he is not in any shape to be dating seriously so soon, but when he does, they predict he will go for a non-celebrity who is more low-key, as he is scarred and traumatized by the drama surrounding him due to getting involved with famous women.
