History Channel is becoming more open to its material offerings. And while the network is moving forward to adding its scripted materials, its current series and shows have remained strong in terms of viewership numbers and ratings.
One of their most popular shows in recent times is Ancient Aliens. Its newest season just dropped a few weeks ago. And for almost a decade and a half of providing theories and hypotheses, the series remains to be one of the network's strongest materials.

According to the official synopsis given by History TV, the Mayans might have encountered extraterrestrial visits from the outside world and recorded these events during that time. However, these records are "obliterated" by the Spanish Conquistadors in the 16th century. So, this leaves most of the people today in wonder whether the Spaniards destroyed such pieces of evidence to protect the mass or not.
Of course, the episode went on to find truths and proofs about the matter. But in the end, the notion has remained to be a general hypothesis that can be either a possibility or a fictional story.
With this kind of episode, the fans are asking for more to further analyze the theories and speculations. And as it appears, many are speculating that the upcoming Ancient Aliens Season 14 episode might be a continuation of the latest episode.
