The superheroes may bear a new look in the upcoming Arrow Season 8. Executive producer Marc Guggenheim gives viewers a glimpse of the new costumes that are making its way to the new season, although he has yet to reveal who will wear it.
Guggenheim posted two photos on Twitter - pure black and a combination of black and green costumes. In his succeeding posts, the writer cleared those are two different attires, and no, it doesn't belong to Oliver (Stephen Amell).

"Arrow's Final Season is in prep," Guggenheim captioned the first snaps. According to CarterMatt, changing costumes has been a part of the series since time immemorial. The change of attire is sometimes functional, but most of the time it is only used to give a fresh new look to the series.
Arrow Season 8 will be the final bow of Oliver' story. Details about the series finale are kept under wraps; thus there are a lot of questions surrounding the final season - especially after Oliver left with The Monitor (LaMonica Garrett) in the previous season finale.
As the Crisis on Infinite Earths crossover is said to happen in Arrow Season 8, fans want to know how it will possibly happen. In 2018's annual crossover event, titled Elseworlds, the Arrowverse expanded even more that it introduced the Gotham City and set up the making of the new Batwoman spinoff.
According to ScreenRant, Arrow Season 8 is expected to continue its expanded universe. However, Oliver's fate remains to be unknown as he is not seen in the flashforwards. Anyhow, he will surely return for his last and final outing.
The new season will play a significant role in the grandest crossover that will happen in the Arrowverse. The iconic Crisis on Infinite Earths storyline will be adapted from the comic book that will air across The CW superhero TV series for five hours.
After Arrow Season 8, the Arrowverse will still continue on the remaining TV shows, and in the yet-to-be-aired Batwoman spinoff series. Amell's show also set the stage for another possible spinoff with the flashforwards to Star City 2040, where his children, Mia (Katherine McNamara) and William, were seen picking up his and Felicity's (Emily Bett Rickards) mantles.
However, The CW has yet to announce if there will be Arrow spinoff. So far, fans are still invested in knowing what will happen in the show's final season and how everything will end.
There are assumptions that Oliver will make the ultimate sacrifice to save the Arrowverse from an impending crisis. As nothing is confirmed yet, fans have to wait and see what will be Oliver's future in Arrow Season 8 when it hits the small screens on Oct. 15 on The CW.
