BLACKPINK may be taking a break from their Your Area World Tour, but this does not mean that they are not preparing to return to the concert stage later in the year for their Japanese audience. As they embark on their Japan Dome Tour from December 2019 to February next year, it is expected that Jennie, Jisoo, Lisa, and Rose will prepare many surprises for their fans in Tokyo, Osaka and Fukuoka.

YG Entertainment has already announced that BLACKPINK's Your Area World Tour will take place in the 55,000 seater Tokyo Dome Arena on December 4 and the equally large Kyocera Dome on Osaka on January 4 and 5. The concert in Fukuoka Yahoo Auction Dome with a seating capacity of 47,500 fans will take place on February 22, 2020.

Unlike the other legs of their Your Area World Tour, fans have noticed a different trend for BLACKPINK's Japan concerts. There is one month in between the first two installments of the Your Area World Tour, and there is even bigger space between the third concert. BLINKs are speculating that Jennie, Jisoo, Lisa, and Rose would be preparing something major for their Japanese fans like they did in several legs of their tour.

BLACKPINK has released several Japanese versions of their hits like DDU DU DDU DU, As If Its Your Last, Playing with Fire, Stay, Whistle and their debut single Boombayah. While the rest of the world enjoyed the Korean versions of the songs in the previous concert legs, YG could be planning a surprise in the form of including the Japanese versions of the track at some point of the performances.

YG Entertainment could also be gearing for a major promotion leading up to the Japan Dome concerts to hype up the Your Area World Tour in Japan in the months leading to BLACKPINK's performances. After all, the scheduled performances are in Japan's biggest venues.

While the venues are huge, its not impossible to fill the stands with BLINKs. Kpop acts BTS, TWICE, EXO, TVXQ and Girls' Generation have managed to fill the rafters with screaming fans. BIG BANG also managed to achieve the feat multiple times, both for the group concerts and for solo concerts of its members. G-Dragon and Daesung, who is known in Japan as D-Lite have enjoyed a strong following in Japan.

One thing is for sure. BLACKPINK fans will rally behind members Jennie, Jisoo, Lisa, and Rose as they stage some of the biggest concert legs in their tour.
