Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson continue to dominate the box office even after they starred in the movie franchise called Twilight. Based on the books of Stephenie Meyer, the film series centered on the story of Bella Swan and Edward Cullen, who came from different worlds. While their characters had a happy ever after, Kristen and Robert did not.

In December 2013, it was confirmed that Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson had split after several months of dating. Reports have it that the current girlfriend of Stella Maxwell cheated on Robert with her married Snow White and the Huntsman director Rupert Sanders at the time. As a matter of fact, photos of the two making out, in Los Angeles on July 17, 2012, made rounds online.

"I'm deeply sorry for the hurt and embarrassment I've caused to those close to me and everyone this has affected," Kristen Stewart stated, confirming that she was in a romantic relationship with Robert Pattinson for the very first time, on her official apology statement. "This momentary indiscretion has jeopardized the most important thing in my life, the person I love and respect the most, Rob. I love him, I love him, I'm so sorry," the Eclipse actress went on.

Fast forward 2019, Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson have, finally, moved on from each other. In fact, the Personal Shopper actress just confirmed that she is back together with Stella Maxwell recently. The Batman star, on the other hand, is said to be dating model Suki Waterhouse. They, too, are set to work on their respective new films very soon.

Speculations have it that Robert Pattinson would be working with Bill Skarsgard in his upcoming solo outing as Batman. The IT actor is rumored to portray the role of The Joker in the imminent film. A new fan art suggested that Bill could be a great addition to the Batman trilogy of Kristen Stewart's former boyfriend. However, no official word about the supposed casting has been released as of yet.

Kristen Stewart, on the other hand, is set to appear on the Seberg film, which is set to premiere at the Venice Film Festival. The ex-girlfriend of Robert Pattinson would play as Jean Seberg, who faced scandal for her political and romantic relationship with Hakim Abdullah Jamal. Their romance prompted the FBI to hunt Jean down in the late 1960s. Other stars to appear on the forthcoming political drama include Antony Mackie, who will act as Jamal, Vince Vaughn, Zaze Beetz, and Jack O'Connell.

While some fans still insist that Kristen and Robert should reunite for another project together, the actress previously said that it is unlikely to happen as she already moved on from their past. The ex-boyfriend of FKA Twigs, however, expressed interest in working again with the Charlie's Angels star.
