ME! and You Need To Calm Down might be hitting the charts, but many fans agree that The Archer is the best single yet that Taylor Swift has released for her upcoming album, Lover.

On July 23, the so-called "Track 5" of Taylor's works has been finally released. And as it happened, it came as a surprise to the fandom as everyone thought that there would be no more tracks to be released after You Need To Calm Down. Not to mention, Lover's release is set just exactly the next month.

But despite all the surprises, The Archer has left its fans in "astonishment." Many concede that this is much more beautiful and spine-chilling than the first two singles that have been released recently.

While ME! and You Need To Calm Down are totally "uplifting," thanks to its beats and melodies, The Archer tells a much more serious set of emotions. And based on reports, it tells all Taylor Swift's real-life "vulnerabilities" and emotions.

According to Atwood Magazine, the recently released single for Lover has become a genuine "self-reflective" song. And not only for the artist herself but also to all those who listen to the song. This is why many of the fans are inclining toward the track more than the others.

The Archer is also billed as the "Chronic Illness Anthem" of today as per Yahoo! Lifestyle. It is as if Taylor Swift is speaking all of the listener's "insecurities," fears, and inner battles through the track. And this makes it more relatable than any of her other singles.

Although the lyrics and the vibes itself of the song are equally sad as intended, fans acknowledge the surprising "empowerment" that it gives after. And with these accounts given at hand, it makes total sense as to why the fandom is celebrating the success of The Archer.

Some people would not agree to these assertions, but the success of the track is somehow relative and subjective. Even so, one thing has been deemed as constant after The Archer's release, the fans are loving it, and they are asking for more of such type of songs.

On another note, Entertainment Weekly reiterated what Taylor Swift had revealed recently about her upcoming album. And as per the singer, a "deluxe edition" of the album will be made available on her website.

It will include a 120-page copy of Taylor's diary, which she revealed to contain the original copy of All Too Well's lyrics, a blank journal for the fans, an artwork of the album, and a book made for the CD.

Lover, which houses a total of 18 tracks, is set to release on August 23.
