Daniel Wu's AMC series already ended in May, but fans are still hopeful that there will be Into the Badlands Season 4. The post-apocalyptic martial arts show officially concluded after three seasons. But with a solid fan base, they are now working their way to get a new season.

Fans hope the show can continue on another network, which may have a stronger interest to promote the series to keep it on air. However, it remains to be seen if people behind the show will make their best effort to give it a new home.

The previous season showed Pilgrim's (Babou Ceesay) planned to rule the Badlands and managed to tie a lot of loose ends. It closed the hanging plotlines and mysteries, including the disappearance of Sunny's (Wu) sister, Baron Chau (Eleanor Matsuura) and Widow's (Emily Beecham) war, the truth about Azra, and Sunny's backstory.

The issue between Widow and Sunny had also been resolved. There were also some deaths as Lydia (Orla Brady), Magnus (Francis Magee), the Master (Chipo Chung), Nix (Ella-Rae Smith), and Baron Chau bid their final goodbye.

Although the show already ended, according to ScreenRant, there is still a faint possibility that there would be Into the Badlands Season 4. If this happens, the show is not the only canceled series that would have a new life on a new network.

For a show to have a second chance, it should have a dedicated fan base, which Wu's series has. A lot of its followers have been using the hashtag, #SaveTheBadlands. Some of the cast members even retweeted fans' plead, like Sherman Augustus, who played Nathaniel Moon.

Currently, there are no plans for Into the Badlands Season 4 on AMC or any other network. Hence, Hypable noted executive producers Al Gough, Miles Millar, and Wu expressed their interest to continue its story on a movie or graphic novel if the show doesn't get renewed. However, there is no confirmation yet about this.

If a new season is in the works, it could have potentially changed how the story goes. The creative minds behind the series managed to do what other shows cannot. They have managed to keep the series interesting.

Season 1 had introduced a formidable villain in the person of Quinn (Marton Csokas). He even got more terrifying in Season 2. Season 3 let fans met Pilgrim and opened up a massive world that no one had ever seen before.

If ever Into the Badlands Season 4 will be in the works, it may introduce a lot of new elements. If it ever finds a new network, it may take a different approach in terms of marketing to keep it going and make them continuously engage.
