Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have hired the third nanny since their son, Archie Harrison was born three months ago. The new staff member is a "godsend" for the Sussex royals and was with the family when they went on a recent holiday in France and Spain.

According to The Sun, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex had their first nanny soon after the arrival of baby Archie in May. However, she was fired for being "unprofessional."

The second nanny, on the other hand, was not a live-in staff and only worked on Frogmore Cottage during the night, while the Sussex royal couple slept. A source said that while Duchess Meghan is quite hands-on with baby Archie, the third nanny is a big help to the Sussex household.

"She is extremely professional, with several nannying years under her belt, and has fitted into the family well," the source revealed. "She's great with little Archie and just adores him. Harry and Meghan are very happy with her."

It is expected that this new nanny will join the family on their trip to South Africa this fall. Apart from the nanny, Prince Harry and Duchess Meghan also hired a new private secretary. The Sussex couple tapped the expertise of a 45-year-old supermom, Fiona Mcilwham, per Daily Mail.

The former diplomat, who was posted in Albania during the time of former Prime Minister David Cameron, will supervise the rest of the staff members of the Sussex royals. She is expected to join the couple in their royal tour of Africa as well.

Mcilwham will be working alongside Sara Latham, the head of communications for the Duke and Duchess of Sussex. Latham has experience working for Hillary Clinton's campaign in 2016. She was also a partner in Freuds, the PR communication firm.

Under Mcilwham is her staff, Heather Wong, whose official job title is as deputy private secretary. Wong's credentials are quite stellar as well as she worked as a former assistant secretary for the Obama administration at the Department of Homeland Security.

Lastly, Natalie Campbell is the director of the Sussex Royal Foundation, Prince Harry and Duchess Meghan's new charity. She came from the Royal Foundation formed by Prince Harry with his brother Prince William and sister-in-law Kate Middleton. In July, the brothers announced that they would be separating their organizations.
