The Walking Dead Season 10 is about to arrive this fall. And while everyone is already gearing up for the new season, AMC, along with the production, seems to be quite eager for the fans to become so much more excited. As it happens, they've released a new official poster that is currently making a huge noise among the fans, critics, and viewers.

With Screen Rant's recent reports, it appears that the poster features the show's main characters that have been around since the early seasons of The Walking Dead. These include Michonne, Daryl, and Carol.

Quite amusingly, a lot of fans are very happy to see that the trio is making the headlines. And with the new characters' arrival in the late seasons, it is only fitting that some of the official teaser and trailer materials would focus on the series' main stars.

It is also worth noting that Danai Gurira, who plays the role Michonne, will already be making her exit soon. As per reports, the character will exit somewhere in the middle of the tenth season plot. But as to how Michonne will leave, no word or confirmation has been given yet. Nevertheless, it seems that the fans will just learn about it once The Walking Dead Season 10 starts airing its episodes.

As for Daryl and Carol, it has been revealed that the two characters, who both have been around since the pilot run, will stay until "the bitter end." In fact, Norman Reedus, who plays Daryl's character, claimed previously that he will stay with the show no matter what happens. And it seems that the same thing also applies to Melissa McBride, who plays Carol since Season 1.

McBride's and Reedus' characters on the show has been very close ever since the pilot run. And while almost all of the fans have thought of the two becoming so much more than just being friends, the latest installments seemed to be not pursuing this kind of plot. Accordingly, the fans are now asking if there will be a chance for Carol and Daryl to become "lovers" anytime soon.

Although it is quite possible considering how close the two characters are since the start of the show, there were no assurances given by the heads or writers that this will happen. Even so, many fans will pretty much stay open to the idea.

But of course, there are a lot more things that will happen in the course of The Walking Dead than the love interests of the characters. And certainly, things are about to become more explosive when the show returns since The Whisperers are not yet done.

AMC's The Walking Dead will premiere on October 6.
