According to On the Flix, "Vienen Por Ti" means "They Come for You" in English, which may imply the arrival of the unexpected visitor. It remains to be seen who this visitor will be, and there is no even a clue about his/her personality.
By the looks of it, this unexpected visitor will come in the middle of the deal-making activities, which may also mean that this guy has something to do about the agreement. Things will inevitably be intense with the arrival of this guest, added with the transaction that Teresa has to handle.
Teresa may be extremely busy come Queen of the South Season 4 Episode 13 with the transaction she is working on, as there will also be an enemy on the loose. Teresa may do everything to take this opponent down as she works on a new deal to make things happen.
