According to TV Insider, the new season will be a course centering on healing and redemption. With Tate's return to the family, after the near-blood bath battle against his captors, the Duttons will surely take a step back from all the things that have just happened.
It is also worth noting that Tate's involvement with the family's mishaps forced the whole family to establish ties that were never apparent before. So, it seemingly appears that these ties will be further strengthened when Yellowstone Season 3 arrives on Paramount Network.
It has also been revealed that Jamie's character will be furthermore highlighted on the next season. While there are a lot of questions that still linger around the family's status, Wes Bentley, who plays the role of Jamie, mentioned that these would be all answered. Even so, it will also open new doors for more dramas and chaos into the family.
In an interview with Good Housekeeping, Wes Bentley revealed that there is a huge reason why Beth, and possibly John, hates him so much. Although he did not directly specify the basis of the hatred, it seems that it will all play out in the upcoming season.
The publication asserted that this might be due to their mother's death. But whatever the case, Yellowstone Season 3 will certainly uncover the truths behind the characters.

As for the third season premiere, many are convinced that it will follow the same premiere schedule that the show normally does. The first two seasons arrived on Paramount Network in June 2018 and 2019, respectively. Hence, it is highly likely that Yellowstone Season 3 will arrive in June 2020.
