It seems shippers of Spider-man stars Zendaya and Tom Holland may have to prepare to have their hearts broken because it appears that the pair have been telling the truth all along. Rumors are now circulating linking Zendaya to her Euphoria co-star Jacob Elordi.
While speculations have been circulating for years about a secret romance between Zendaya and Tom Holland, the pair have never confirmed the rumors and mostly kept their hangout sessions and social interaction friendly. A timeline of their alleged romance was shared by Elle Magazine, along with sources who confirmed that the couple was flirting with each other, but neither one has owned up to anything other than friendship.
They even jointly poked fun at the rumors by debunking them together on social media. Tom also constantly refers to Zendaya as mate while she refers to him as dude.
"Wait wait...my favorite is when it says we go on vacations together HA! I haven't been on a vacation in years! hbu @TomHolland1996???" Zendaya tweeted at a dating rumor with Tom responding: "@Zendaya does the press tour count?"
New reports are now hinting a different story for Zendaya and Jacob Elordi after fans spotted the pair vacationing together in Athens, Greece. Based on the article by Us Magazine, the Euphoria co-stars were looking very casual as they took in the sights together.
A fan even uploaded a snap of the pair on Instagram in the background and said that they were very flirty with each other at some point of the interaction. The pair also sported similar outfits as they strolled through the Acropolis together. Zendaya wore a cropped white shirt and jeans while Jacob was dressed in almost identical fashion.
The pair were accompanied on their outing by Zendaya's buddy Darnell Appling and stylist Law Roach.
Zendaya and Jacob star in HBO's hit drama Euphoria where they play rivals, Rue and Nate. The success of the series has prompted HBO to announce a renewal for the second season even though it only premiered in June.
While it was not fully confirmed, it has been speculated that Jacob Elordi may have broken up with his girlfriend Joey King as early as March or April this year. Jacob and Joey met on the set of Netflix original movie The Kissing Booth. The Kissing Booth sequel is reportedly targeting a 2020 release date with Jacob's character Noah having a new girlfriend, Seventeen reported.
