Is Jennifer Lopez having second thoughts about getting married to Alex Rodriguez? Rumors are circulating that the Hustle star may be putting off wedding plans because she may be getting cold feet.
According to a report by Life & Style, J. Lo. has come down with a case of pre-wedding jitters which has been keeping her from finalizing the date with A-Rod. The star is said to be harboring reservations about her upcoming wedding because it is going to be her fourth time to say I do.
It can be recalled that Jennifer Lopez had two short-lived marriages to Ojani Noa from 1997-1998, and Cris Judd from 2001-2003 before she married singer Marc Anthony in 2004. The pair got divorced ten years later in 2014.
J. Lo. has been dating Alex Rodriguez for two years before the athlete finally popped the question to her early this year in a beach in the Bahamas.
Gossip Cop has debunked the rumors of cold feet, reaching out to one of J Lo's closest pals. The source claims that one needs only to look at the pair's social media accounts to see that they are determined to spend their lives together.
An actual interview with Jennifer Lopez confirms that she and her beau are facing delays in planning their nuptials. However, it is not owing to any second thoughts from either party. The reason is quite simple.
According to the Hustle star, she and A-Rod are having trouble locking the date because of their busy schedules. Apart from promoting Hustle, she is going to start shooting Marry Me in October, and it will have an accompanying album that goes with it. As for A-Rod, he is also quite busy with World Series baseball until October.
The star admitted that it would be quite difficult to squeeze in wedding planning with the level of commitment they need to deliver on their projects, Entertainment Today reported.
"[Marriage is] important for both of us. We both come from traditional Latin families, and we want that. Everyone wants somebody to grow old with. At the end of the day, how much work can you do, how much money can you make, and what does it all matter? It doesn't, really," she explained.
In a previous interview, J Lo said that she is considering a big church wedding for her marriage to Alex Rodriguez.
