An alleged source of the outlet said the 34-year-old singer went ballistic and she accused her fiancé of betraying her since she banned him from talking to Bieber's ex.
Allegedly, Perry felt like she's humiliated, and she thinks, "Gomez is obsessed with Bloom." The "Dark Horse" singer was said to be jealous, and started to think twice about her upcoming wedding with the 42-year-old actor. However, Gossip Cop made it clear that this report stemmed from an old claim, and it seems like the tabloid couldn't move on from it.
Perry and Bloom started dating in 2016 but, shortly after that, the actor was photographed at a Las Vegas night club chatting with Selena Gomez. The sighting led to several tabloids making a false story involving the two allegedly "hooking up."
In fact, In Touch magazine's sister outlet, RadarOnline, published this story in 2016 and claimed Perry blames Taylor Swift for Gomez and Bloom's alleged "hooking up" sessions. That false narrative started when Perry's partner and Swift's friend were allegedly "caught kissing" at the mentioned night club. There were no photos proving they're indeed kissing, and Perry herself dismissed this cheating rumor.
Gomez's spokesperson confirmed to Gossip Cop that the latest rumor isn't true and that she hasn't been in touch with Bloom. The outlet has just recycled its sister publication's claim from years ago to make a non-existing love triangle and capitalize on the upcoming wedding of Perry and Bloom.
The couple seems to be very happy with each other, and there were no indications that they were fighting. In fact, Katy, recently pranked her fiancé when Orlando appeared on BBC Radio 1, where he took part in a game where needs to judge callers based on their celebrity impressions.
