It's official! Jennifer " J.Lo" Lopez will inject a unique twist to her upcoming wedding to baseball star Alex "A-Rod" Rodriguez to make the event more special. Instead of having her father walk her down the aisle, it will be her 11-year old son, Max, who would do the honors.
According to a report by Hello Magazine, the Hustler star revealed her son's special role in her upcoming wedding to fiancé Alex Rodriguez in an interview. This could mean that Max's twin sister, Emme, could also be cast in a special role for the said event.
After A-Rod's surprise proposal at a beach in the Bahamas early this year, J.Lo has admitted that it has been pretty tough attending to wedding preparations because she and Alex have been so busy.
J.Lo, earlier, said that she and her beau couldn't find the time to focus on the preparations because of their tight work schedule. After promoting her film Hustlers, she is set to shoot for the romantic comedy Marry Me along with co-star Owen Wilson. She will also be involved in the OST, so this will also take up a lot of her time. A-Rod, on the other hand, will be busy with the World Series this October. So, it might take a while before the celebrity couple settles on anything concrete.
In a previous interview, Jennifer Lopez said that she wanted a big church wedding this time. But, she is still unsure if this will be their final decision.
"He's just saying things. We're talking about it, but we don't have any firm plans... and we're talking about a lot of places [to get married in], but I don't know yet," J.Lo shared about the status of their wedding plans.
In a separate report by Parade, it seems like A-Rod and J.Lo's big wedding will have a very interesting line up of guests. It appears like that the couple is keen on inviting all of their exes to the shindig because its an all-inclusive affair.
It might not come as a surprise because Alex Rodriguez shares two kids with ex-wife, Cynthia Scurtis, while Jennifer Lopez also shares her twins with ex-husband, Marc Anthony.
The interview also revealed that Jennifer is open to having more kids with A-Rod after they are married. It may not come as much of a surprise given all the fun that their blended family is having.
