MOMOLAND's fandom is calling out MLD Entertainment to reveal the reason why members Daisy and Taeha have not been part of the group's recent promotional activities.

The clamor came after Daisy's mother made a post on social media wherein she said that she feels sorry for her daughter and Taeha who have worked hard as the main vocals and main rapper of MOMOLAND. Despite their effort, Daisy's mother claimed that they were forced to take a break involuntarily, All Kpop reported.

Daisy's mother also said that the reason Daisy and Taeha cannot contest the management decision is that they have an existing contract with MLD Entertainment. She said that MOMOLAND's Yeonwoo was lucky because, at least, she had acting projects to fall back on, unlike the two other members.

It can be recalled that, when MOMOLAND made their comeback early this year, MLD Entertainment announced that Daisy and Taeha would not be joining the promotions due to health and personal reasons, Koreaboo reported.

As a result, MOMOLAND only promoted as their fifth mini-album Show Me with seven members

"It is unfortunate and we feel bad that we will be promoting as a 7-member group. We will show greater sides of us through the upcoming promotions and will do our best to work harder, considering our two friends' absence," Hyeri said, leading up to the promotions.

While fans accepted the earlier reason cited by the agency on the absence of Daisy and Taeha, the post of Daisy's mom raised suspicion that MLD Entertainment is not entirely truthful about the reason they are not participating in group activities.

According to some fans, they have been doubtful from the beginning because it is uncommon for idol groups to have two members absent at the same time for vague reasons. Others are questioning why other members of MOMOLAND seem reluctant to talk about Daisy and Taeha.

Merries have taken to social media to express their frustration and disappointment at MLD Entertainment and criticized the agency for not taking care of their artists well. Some angry supporters claimed that the agency had turned the one happy fandom into a stressful place with their wrong decisions and lack of transparency.

While it was earlier reported that MLD Entertainment had a good relationship with Merries in Japan and the Philippines, it appears that the fandoms in these two countries are also growing impatient over MLD's handling of MOMOLAND.
