Live PD Season 4 just premiered a few weeks ago on A&E. The show is now six episodes deep in its course, and it's still one of the strongest materials on the platform.

Reports have revealed that there will be over 150 new episodes this 2019, some of which are already premiered in the previous installment. Even so, the newest season continues to follow the real-life events of both rural and urban police forces as they patrol their communities in the United States.

There are not many changes featured on Live PD Season 4. Dan Abrams still hosts every episode. He gives the audience insights about the real-time events depicted in the episodes.

He also presents every installment, along with Tom Morris, Jr., Sergeant Sean "Sticks" Larkin, and Ashleigh Banfield.

While viewers are curious about its "live" depictions, it has been revealed that there is an apparent delay in airing the actual events.

It has been found out that a 15 to 20-minute delay is almost always the range. Nevertheless, the episodes remain true and raw in its form.

According to A+E Networks, the show's home platform, Live PD is the "number 1" series every Friday and Saturday night. It has also been revealed that there is an apparent increase of about 148 percent in its viewership records since its pilot premiere in 2016.

The newest season features three new law enforcement agencies. The list includes the Tallahassee Police Department and Missoula County Sheriff's Office.

Along with the new departments, there are also those agencies who returned to the show's course. These include Richland County Sheriff's Department, Lawrence Police Department, Lafayette Police Department, Salinas Police Department, and the East Providence Police Department.

So, in the course of Season 4, fans and viewers will catch "unprecedented" looks at the policing events from these departments. Live cameras will continue to document every patrol with the use of dashcams with fixed rigs and handheld cameras as per reports.

Fans who are on cable subscriptions, new episodes of Live PD Season 4 drops every Friday and Saturday night on the network. As for those who preferred live streaming, the show is also available on Sling TV, fuboTV, Hulu with Live TV, and Philo as these services offer A&E in their channel offerings. A&E's online website platform can also be utilized for streaming episodes, per Decider.

Another option that fans may use is the network's mobile app. It is worth noting though that fans and viewers may catch new episodes the day after the actual premiere on cable TV.

Live PD Season 4 Episode 6 just aired on October 5. Episodes 7 and 8 will follow next week, starting on October 12.
