At 37, Prince William, the second in line to the British throne, has been experiencing hair loss at a faster pace. Fans now think that the Duke of Cambridge could perhaps grow a beard to improve his appearance as his wife Kate Middleton constantly teases him about his baldness in public.

According to the Daily Mail, netizens on Twitter are encouraging Prince William to get a buzz cut and grow his facial hair to compensate for his hair loss. Many agree that the duke looks "a million times" better with a beard after his old photos with facial hair from 2008 resurfaced.

Hair loss, unfortunately, runs in the British royal family and it has been the subject of many discussions on community forums and TV talk shows for years. No one from the royal men, however, have ever considered getting a hair transplant presumably because they will be criticized in public for the unnatural look, according to fans on Quora.

Fans also think that there's nothing bad about being bald, especially since Prince William has a handsome face despite the hair loss. They also believe that the future King of England is not insecure or vain about his hair even if Duchess Kate has teased him a lot of times about it.

The British press has been a witness to Duchess Kate and Prince William's banter about his hair loss a number of times. According to Clara Amfo of BBC 1 Radio, it's actually endearing to watch the Cambridge royals make fun of Prince William's thinning hair.

Unknown to many, Prince William has a good sense of humor about going bald and Duchess Kate picks off from this same funny energy. Amfo said that it's like watching a "loving comedy act" when Duchess Kate teases Prince William about being bald.

In the past, Prince William also received a lot of ribbing from his brother Prince Harry about his lack of hair. E! News has a compilation of the times the Duke of Sussex joked about the Duke of Cambridge's bald spot.

However, since getting married to Meghan Markle, Prince Harry has also been losing the thickness of his ginger hair, especially around the top backside. Even Prince Charles acknowledged in jest that there is nothing else he can do since this is a hereditary condition. The great thing is the royal men are quite comfortable with hair loss.
