Meghan Markle, the Duchess of Cambridge, is often seen in public with her husband, Prince Harry, these days now that she is off maternity leave. Royal fans notice, however, that the duchess would often have her hand on her stomach during these royal engagements, sparking rumors that she could be pregnant with her second child after Archie Harrison.

A body language expert, however, cleared the rumors by describing the real reason Duchess Meghan's hand is usually resting on her belly. Judi James revealed that the royal's stomach-touching is actually something that many first-time moms experience.

James said that Meghan Markle's gestures are mimics of the baby bump rubbings she did while pregnant with Archie. The thumbs on her hands are raised, suggesting that she takes pleasure in this stomach-touching gesture, which means only one thing: she misses holding her son while attending royal events.

Separation anxiety and the mom guilt of being away from the baby are real experiences and emotions for most moms with newborns. In June, Duchess Meghan had a hard time leaving Archie for a few hours to attend her very first royal engagement post-pregnancy.

A royal insider told Us Weekly that Meghan Markle spent every moment with her little one before leaving him with the help to join the family in the Trooping the Colour event. While the duchess wanted to be there to celebrate the Queen's birthday, it was difficult for her to part with Archie.

This was likely the reason Duchess Meghan and Prince Harry decided to bring their son to their South African tour last September since it was two-weeks long. The new mom likely couldn't stand to be apart from her child, who was barely five months old then.

Meanwhile, Meghan Markle said that she recently signed up Archie in a playgroup, and he had his first class. During the WellChild Awards with Prince Harry, she revealed that her son had a lot of fun in the playgroup.

A mom at the event also confirmed that Prince Harry and Duchess Meghan relayed to them how much Archie loved his baby class. At 5-months-old, Archie is also eager to explore and constantly likes to stand up.

Friends say that Duchess Meghan is quite the chill and relaxed mom. She often leaves tender kisses on Archie's tiny head, and fondly calls her son her "Bubba."
