There is little doubt that Sam Winchester has gone through a lot in Supernatural , and the character is set for even more troubles in Season 15. Interestingly, Sam isn't the one who has been raising hell. Jared Padalecki was previously arrested for being involved in a fight in a bar in Austin, Texas. However, the former Gilmore Girls star has finally broken his silence since the incident and had somehow addressed the issue.

In late October, Jared Padalecki was arrested by the police outside Stereotype, a bar in Austin, Texas. According to reports, Padalecki was charged with misdemeanor assault with injury. However, further details about the arrest were not revealed. Since then, the Supernatural Season 15 actor has kept his silence about the incident.

He might not be opening about the whole situation, but it's clear that Jared Padalecki wants to make sure his fans know that he is OK. Unfortunately, Jared Padalecki's arrest meant that he would be unable to attend the Supernatural DC Convention, which was held at the Crystal Gateway Marriott from Nov. 1 to 3, 2019. Not surprisingly, the actor decided to apologize to fans about his absence. Padalecki tweeted out a message to his "SPN Family" explaining that although he wanted to join them, he is unable to fly out to Washington DC.

"I want to sincerely thank my family and friends for all of your love and support," Padalecki wrote. "So sad to miss the #SPNFamily at #dccon, but I hope to see y'all soon."

The tweet has since received more than 74,000 likes and almost 7,000 retweets. In addition to that, thousands of Supernatural Season 15 fans replied to the message and expressed their support for Jared Padalecki during the difficult times. Several wished the actor well and stated that they are hoping he will focus on himself and his health.

Although Jared Padalecki was unable to attend the convention, his Supernatural Season 15 co-star Jensen Ackles made an appearance and even joked about his castmate's situation. Ackles then stated that Padalecki "had a bad weekend" but implored fans to "send him support and love" while Padalecki is "dealing with what he's got to deal with."

Jared Padalecki might be laying low for the next few weeks, but fans can still see Sam and Dean Winchester in action in Supernatural Season 15. The next episode is titled "Atomic Monsters" and will air on The CW on Nov. 7.
