Kate Middleton, the Duchess of Cambridge, is a working royal and a mother of three kids. Prince William's wife always manages to look picture-perfect, as if she doesn't seem so harassed and spent when he has to juggle work and motherhood. So, how does Kate do this?

According to royal watchers on Quora, Kate Middleton owes it to a team of people who make her look effortless in public. She lives a privilege life as the wife of Prince William, the future King of England, and has a group of people who do most things for her so that she would be able to perform her royal duties as best as she can.

Kate Middleton doesn't exactly "juggle" her tasks as mother and royal because she has a nanny to help with the children and a full staff to manage her household, her schedule and even her wardrobe and look. This way, she doesn't lack sleep or have to overwork tending to her family so she could hit the ground running to face the public while performing her royal duties.

At the same time, she can be hands-on with her children because of the help she gets from her staff. Just this week, Kate Middleton, reportedly, went to a London pub to meet with the other mothers from her children's school. She also had time to shop at a bargain store for her children's Halloween costumes.

As much as possible, Kate Middleton also does the school run in the morning for Prince George and Princess Charlotte because she wants to raise her children in a normal environment. She's able to do this because the people who work for her have properly arranged her schedule, set up the family meals, and prepared whatever she needed for the day.

According to one commenter on Quora, a great thing about the Duchess of Cambridge is that she acknowledges this privilege by highly respecting the people who do everything for her. She also embraces her role in her marriage to Prince William with the full understanding of her responsibilities.

Because of her attitude towards her work, her life and the people who make it easier for her, Kate Middleton succeeds as a member of the royal family. She does her work to help the charities the monarch supports and doesn't care about drawing attention, even when there are tabloid stories that seemingly demean her image.
