Prince Charles is too busy to keep an updated social media account. However, the future king did try his best and shared the first-ever post that he wrote himself ahead of his trip to India this week.

Royal fans were very happy about Prince Charles’ post and they were excited to know more about his trip. The Prince of Wales visited Gurudwara Bangla Sahib, which is a Sikh house of worship, to celebrate the 550th birth anniversary of Guru Nanak. However, when fans saw a snap of Queen Elizabeth’s son after his arrival at the South Asian Country, they were worried about his health instead.

Despite posing with a huge smile on his face, royal fans couldn’t help but notice Prince Charles’ swollen hands and feet. They were so painful-looking that many believed that the Prince of Wales needed medical attention as soon as possible.

It is also worth noting that the future king is already in his 70s, so a health concern can quickly go from simple to worst, which is why fans are very worried about him. While there is no official explanation as to what happened to Prince Charles’ swollen hands and feet, it is quite possible that a long flight to India was the cause of the puffiness.

Whatever the reason may be, one thing is for sure — Prince Charles didn’t let it get in the way in completing his royal obligations. Also, it is expected that the Prince of Wales has a medical team with him when he travels, and they would never let him continue with his duties if he’s dealing with a major health crisis.

After seeing Prince Charles doing his royal duties despite his swollen hands and feet, fans quickly praised him for his professionalism and dedication. “I admire Charles because he did not sit on his hands waiting to be King, he carved a niche for himself; The Princes Trust and turned The Duchy into a profitable organization,” one commented. Another one described him as “amazing and incredible.”

Meanwhile, Prince Charles took to Instagram on Tuesday to update everyone where he was heading. “As I depart for India, on my tenth official visit, I did just want to convey my warmest best wishes to all of you in the Sikh Community in the United Kingdom, and across the Commonwealth, on the 550th Birth Anniversary of Guru Nanak Dev Ji,” he wrote.
