Warning: This article contains spoilers for Lucifer Season 5 that may spoil your enjoyment in discovering its plotline. Read at your own risk.

Lucifer has finally dropped some hints about the upcoming season. In time for Thanksgiving, the series writers also shared a huge spoiler that triggered a guessing game among fans.

Lucifer Season 5 has already revealed the titles for Lucifer Season 5 Episode 1 to 8. However, the writers teased that they can't release the title for Episode 9 because it will spoil whatever the storyline of the said episode. Instead, the team said they will release something that will at least cheer up the fans in exchange for what they called "spoilery" title for Episode 9.

Then the writer shared a picture of the series episode board. It shows the title of Season 5 Episode 10 but "redacted" the Episode 9 title. The photo features Episode 8 titled "Spoiler Alert," Episode 9 is covered with the words "title redacted" while Episode 10 is "Trixie Killed l..." but the rest of the title was cut out.

The photo clearly showed that there is still a word or a mark right after the word "killed." It could be a word that begins with the letter "L" or "I" or could be an exclamation mark.

It looks like the writers refused to give out the title of the ninth episode but spoiled what is about to happen in Episode 10. Is Trixie (Scarlett Estevez) going to die in the final season or she will kill someone that name starts with the letter "L" or "I"?

If she is the perpetrator, why would Trixie kill someone or something? Is "L" stands for Lucifer (Tom Ellis)? Isn't she a bit too young and sweet to be a murderer?

Beatrice "Trixie" Espinoza is Chloe Decker (Lauren German) and Dan Espinoza's (Kevin Alejandro) daughter. She is friends with Lucifer and Mazikeen (Lesley-Ann Brandt). In an episode in Season 4 titled "Devil Is as Devil Does," Lucifer promised Chloe that he would do anything to protect Trixie.

There are only a few possibilities of what might happen in Lucifer Season 5 Episode 10. It's either Trixie is the victim or she is the murderer.

There is also a possibility that the entire title is far from gruesome scenarios that some fans have been thinking about since the photo was released. For instance, it could be "Trixie Killed Lucifer" but it is about Trixie killing Lucifer in the board game that viewers have known the Lord of Hell is terrible at.

While the writers averted a possible spoiler for Episode 9, they gave out a huge spoiler for Episode 10. Now, the guessing game is on. Fans are sharing their guesses of what could be the complete title of the episode and what it is all about. Many retweeted the photo with the word "Lucifer" in the missing word.

Lucifer Season 5 is expected to premiere in summer 2020. It will have 15 episodes.
