There are occasional leaks that we hear about "Diablo 4" following its announcement at this year's BlizzCon. But, a new report claims that Blizzard already revealed some details about the game's story. The game developer reportedly said that the upcoming title would tell a 'big story.'
Art Director John Muller compared the story of "Diablo 4" to the first chapter of a book and hoped that the game's account would be told for a long time. Blizzard will likely bet more on the story as the popular game series continues and introduces more interesting characters. The art director revealed these details in a recent interview with Ausgamer.
It is excellent to learn that there are still other exciting characters that could return in the future, considering that Blizzard treats "Diablo 4" as the first chapter of a book with Lilith playing the role of a protagonist this time. It also indicates that we will get to see more new

characters that we have never seen before in the game in the future. While the art director said some interesting details about the story of the upcoming game, do not expect that it is going to be an award-winning one, says Comicbook. What Blizzard is doing is more of payback to fans who stick with the series installment to installment with a much bigger narrative that will develop over time, the site claims. Earlier, we heard that "Diablo 4" will not be playable offline, which means that players have to be connected to a stable internet connection to be able to enjoy the game. So far, Blizzard has only revealed Lilith as its main character, and we are hoping to hear more about other characters soon.
