Coming from Tottenham, Mauricio Pochettino is said to be on the radar of two Premier League clubs. Both Arsenal and Manchester United are reportedly eyeing the Argentine coach, but it would be best for him to wait out for better options to come, likely from the Red Devils.

Pochettino was sacked by the Spurs, and reports said he remains in London, fueling speculations that he is ready to take on another coaching job within England. It has been long rumored that the struggling United is considering him to replace Ole Gunnar Solskjaer.

Then more recently, Pochettino emerged as the strongest candidate to take charge of Arsenal with the sudden exit of Unai Emery last week.

To be sure, these are tempting possibilities, but according to Jermaine Jenas, it would be best for the Argentine to bide his time. Pochettino would be wise to pass off in case the Gunners make a formal offer, the pundit added.

"Arsenal's a huge football club and I'm sure the wages would be great for Mauricio ... I put myself in his shoes though and would say his stock is far higher than that personally," Metro reported the former footballer as saying.

Jenas added that surely patience would pay off for Pochettino as good offers will not run out by the end of the season, and not only in the Premier League.

"Come the end of the season there's a good chance that Manchester United might ring the phone, Bayern Munich, Real Madrid," he added.

Rushing into taking a new job, indeed, will not do Pochettino any good. His agreement with the Spurs demands he can't jump to another too soon. If he does, he will need to pay Tottenham £12 million, the Express reported.

It seemed though that this stumbling block is not an issue with United fans. Per the same report, supporters of the Red Devils want Pochettino to take the lead at the Old Trafford, meaning they also want Solskjaer out of the job.

"Manchester United fans want executive vice-chairman Ed Woodward to sack Ole Gunnar Solskjaer and appoint former Tottenham boss Mauricio Pochettino," added the report from Express.

Solskjaer has been under-fire as the Reds continue to struggle in all competitions this season. In the Premier League, for instance, United only won four of the 13 matches that the team has played so far, and the prospect of advancing seems bleak at the moment.

Notwithstanding, the Norwegian insisted he does not mind the mounting pressures, saying, "it doesn't bother me at all because I've got the best job in the world."
