Spanish professional football coach Unai Emery was sacked at a quick morning meeting at Arsenal's training ground. Daily Mail reports that club bosses grew sick of the club's terrible performances and results under Emery's leadership. Moreover, players were reportedly glad to see the head coach go after becoming tired of his tactical calls.

After turning up to training this morning, Unai Emery was promptly dismissed before heading out to the pitch. The Spanish coach assumed his post at Arsenal for 18 months and filled the seat left by Arsene Wenger. Freddie Ljungberg was placed as an interim coach while the Gunners search for a replacement.

On Friday morning, top Arsenal executives held a meeting to talk about the future of the club after the loss and made a decision to sack Unai Emery.
