Crisis on Infinite Earths is set to arrive later this week and the crossover event is one of the most anticipated happenings within the Arrowverse. This is the biggest crossover to date, as it will feature five shows: Supergirl, Batwoman, The Flash, Arrow, and DC's Legends of Tomorrow.

Aside from the mentioned series, Crisis on Infinite Earths will also include some characters from other shows, including Birds of Prey, Black Lightning, and Smallville. But, although the greatest heroes from different plants will all gather to prevent the impending doom, one of them will possibly die in the crossover event.

There might be some major deaths here, as The CW hinted in the final trailer that the heroes are battling on an epic fight while trying to save the multiverse from the Anti-Monitor at the same time. The network isn't giving much plot details, but the story from the comics suggest the crossover event will change DC Universe forever.

The official final trailer of Crisis on Infinite Earths further teased that the worlds collide, and not everyone will make it out alive. Just seeing the people disappearing into dust, it's obvious the battle will not end without losing one of the heroes. The crossover event also marks the turning point on the DC TV Universe, and it could probably reset the show's world.

In another report, details about Crisis on Infinite Earths are being kept -- even from its cast. In a recent Twitter post, Jon Cryer revealed he wasn't aware of some scenes of the crossover event, as some of them were shot secretly. That only means there would be big surprises in the making, and only a few only know about it.

Producers likely knew there are a lot of people out there intent on getting spoilers, that's why they kept some scenes secrets. Meanwhile, Cryer will join other guest stars in Crisis on Infinite Earths, which include John Wesley Shipp, Kevin Conroy, Tyler Hoechlin, Elizabeth Tulloch, and many others.

The Big Bad here is Anti-Monitor, played by LaMonica Garrett -- who also portrayed The Monitor. The Anti-Monitor could destroy the whole world, so the greatest heroes need to stop him before it's too late. But while we're aware that he's the villain here, The CW is keeping videos of the character under wraps.

Supergirl kicks off the Crisis on Infinite Earths crossover events, which will air on Sunday, Dec. 8 at 8 PM. After that, Batwoman will bring the second part on Monday, Dec. 9 at 8 PM, while The Flash on Tuesday, Dec. 10 at 8 PM. Then, the event will be on break and will return on Arrow on Tuesday, Jan. 14 at 8 PM, followed by the last part on DC's Legends of Tomorrow on the same day at 9 PM.
