The jailbreaking community is now pleased that iPhone and iPad users on iOS 13.2.3 can now have their devices jailbroken. The Checkra1n jailbreak for iOS 12.2.3 has been recently released and is available for download and installation on compatible devices. The latest jailbreaking tool is based on the checkma8 exploit and is updated to support the iOS 13.2.3.

Checkra1n jailbreaking tool for iOS 13.2.3 version 9 is still in its beta phase. It was previously released to iOS 13.2.2, so users running on the latest iOS build can jailbreak their devices. The latest jailbreaking tool also supports older devices ranging from iPhone 5s with the firmware on iOS 12.3.

It is worth noting that the Cupertino tech titan cannot patch this vulnerability on devices running on Bionic chip ranging between A15 and A11 chips. This is because the checkm8 exploit where the tool is founded is based on the bootroom. This executes before the device could trigger the operating system.

Thanks to the team behind the latest version of the Checkra1n jailbreaking tool, all the changes implemented in the firmware are taken into account. Aside from this, the newest build also comes with support for iPad Air 2, 5th generation iPad, and iPad Pro first generation. The changelog for bug fixes includes:

-Fixes support for the iPad 6th Generation

-Fixes an issue where A7 devices would report an error code on success

-Fixes an issue where jailbreak app icons would show up on the boot after using loader's "Restore System" functionality

-Makes the loader app more resilient to errors occurring after a long uptime

-Fixes an issue where Loader and Cydia would fail with a no internet connection message on Chinese iPhones

-Fixes an issue where the iPad Pro Smart Keyboard would disconnect

-Fixes an issue where fast charging did not work

Other changes introduced by the latest build of Checkra1n jailbreaking tool includes the following:

-Add support for jailbreaking Apple TVs from within the same app

-Added support for the iPad 5th Generation, iPad Air 2nd Generation the iPad Pro 1st Generation

-Added support for iOS 13.2.3

-Re-engineered the command line interface from the ground up

-Drastically improved loader's speed

-Restructured loaderd and friends into separate launch daemons to survive userland reboot and removed insult from daemon name

-Export kernel base and other useful things for developers (see jbctl for details)

Please remember that the Checkra1n jailbreak for iOS 13.2.3 is still in its beta phase, which you should not directly install it on your primary device. If you have accidentally updated to the latest iOs build, you can still use the Checkra1n jailbreak tool for iOS. 13.2.3. You may download the latest tool on its official site.
