Meghan Markle took a break from her six-week family vacation with Prince Harry and son, Archie Harrison Mountbatten-Windsor, to talk about her visits at a community kitchen. On Instagram, the Duchess of Sussex celebrated the year after she visited The Hubb Community Kitchen to help the people in need after the Grenfell Tower fire in 2017.

It has been a year since Prince Harry's wife worked with a group of women to create a charity cookbook, called Together, that raised over £500,000 for the charity. Since then, the mother-of-one frequented the west London center, per Express.

At the time, Meghan Markle, along with the women of the hub, fee the neighbors affected by the Grenfell fire. From here, the connection between the former actress and these girls began. She gladly gave them the support they badly needed.

Their cookbook celebrates the power of cooking to bring the communities together. It showcases recipes from the women affected by the tragic fire. Aside from their personal recipes, these girls also shared their stories that helped Together to be part of The New York Times Bestseller List and The Sunday Times Booklist.

"Today, the women at the Hubb Community Kitchen continue to have a positive impact in their community, across the UK, and around the world," the post read. "The Hubb helps and heals through their support and sustenance."

The community kitchen doesn't only provide meals to children and women, but it also supports local schools. It also serves free lunches to senior citizens, collaborates with the Red Cross to provide meals to refugees, and feeds the homeless.

Meghan Markle then thanked the ladies of The Hubb Community Kitchen for their leadership and inspiration that their cooking and love of community bring to those people in need. She, along with others, will remain "very proud" of the excellent work that they continue to do. In 2020, the former Suits star can't hide her excitement to what will come, and they will do.

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are currently on a six-week break from their royal duties. They are taking their vacation in the United States with their seven-month kid, Archie. According to Daily Mail Online, the Sussexes spent the Thanksgiving with her family.

Despite their off, the couple continuously updates their Instagram to honor the causes they support and valuable to them. Meghan Markle and Prince Harry even pre-recorded a message for the launch of the Uyinene Mrwetyana Foundation.
