There are speculations once again that Kate Middleton could be pregnant with her fourth baby. Royal fans suspect that the Duchess of Cambridge is with child again after she did not join her husband Prince William on his recent official trips to Kuwait and Oman.

According to Daily Express, Oman had a health warning for travelers to its city, especially pregnant women, because of malaria. Fans are certain that this was a telling clue as to why Prince William had to go solo on his four-day visit to the region.

Prior to this, Kate skipped an event with her husband at the last-minute citing there were matters she needed to take care of with her children. Royal followers speculate that she may be experiencing extreme morning sickness again, similar to her three other pregnancies. The Duchess of Cambridge had to go through a complete bedrest during the first trimester in all of her pregnancies because of Hyperemesis gravidarum.

A royal expert also told the news outlet that Kate could likely announce her fourth pregnancy soon. "The Hypnobirthing Book" author Katharine Graves said that the Duchess of Cambridge has timed the gap of her pregnancies perfectly well since marrying Prince William in 2011.

She and the Duke of Cambridge apparently want their kids to grow up together, thus the close age gaps of two to three years between Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis. Based on this, Graves believes that it's only a matter time before Kensington Palace announces that Kate Middleton is pregnant again. The expert also said that Kate could feel she is obligated to have more royal babies.

Kensington did confirm that the Duchess of Cambridge was recently at a maternity ward in major a London Hospital for two days, per People. However, she was not there because she's having another baby.

Instead, Prince William's wife carried out a secret work with midwives because she wanted to learn more about the early development of children. Kate has a charity called Early Years under the Royal Foundation. According to the reports, she learned the ropes at the Kingston Hospital in the south west of London, which delivered over 5,900 babies in the last year.

Sources also said that Kate spent time at the labor, antenatal and prenatal wards shadowing the midwives. She also had the chance to learn and discuss with obstetricians and gynecologists during her two-day visit, particularly on how to reduce mother and baby mortality during birth.
