According to People magazine, Justin Timberlake released a "public apology" on his social media account after the emergence of the photos and rumors. In his statement, he assured everyone, especially his wife, that nothing happened between him and his co-star, Alisha Wainwright.
It was also shared that his actions were a "strong lapse" in judgment. But, he truly "regrets" his behavior after drinking "way too much" that night. "I should have known better," Justin explained.
