When Star Trek star George Takei shared an article about Donald Trump’s Christmas present to Melania on Twitter with the caption “So awk,” netizens saw it as an opportunity to share their thoughts as to what would be the best gift the President should give his wife. That’s when Donald Trump’s Christmas present was mocked as many believed that the FLOTUS wants nothing but a divorce.
“I’m sure the thing she wanted the most is a nice set of signed divorce papers,” one wrote. “Unless it’s a divorce, I’m sure she doesn't care,” another one shared. “Hopefully a big fat divorce settlement,” a netizen commented.
While many believe that a divorce is the best Christmas gift that Donald Trump can give Melania, the President actually has a much simpler gift in mind for his wife.
