Prince William and Kate Middleton have proven that they are worthy successors to the British throne. After eight years of marriage and working as a team, the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge are considered successful royals.

According to a royal insider, Prince William and Kate are the kind of royal couple who combines their regal presence with relatability. They might be blue-blooded upper class but they still carry a natural air of graciousness about them that makes them connect to their subjects.

Prince William and Kate know how to behave the way royals are expected to behave. They also have their fair share of negative reports and controversies but they follow Queen Elizabeth's protocol to "never explain, never complain."

The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge also make efforts to look the part as royal. A lot of care and thought go into their appearance, though Kate make it seem effortless. They never miss a beat and appear perfectly polished and un sync with what they wear.

Prince William and Kate are also so well-liked as a couple and as individuals. They are senior members of the royal family but they don't have any flair to them. They also try to raise their children as normal as possible despite their pedigreed background. They learn from observing and by gaining experience, according to royal biographer Ingrid Seward.

This early, Prince William and Kate are also preparing their kids for the destined life they will lead as adults. As part of the working royal family, Prince George and Princess Charlotte will one day also be in public service and do their royal duties.

Last Christmas, Prince George and Princess Charlotte got a taste of what these public duties are when they joined the royal family for their annual Christmas walk to church in Sandringham. They graciously received flowers and toys from the hundreds of commoners standing by the street to get a glimpse of the royals.

According to Daily Mail, Prince William and Kate actually prepared Prince George and Princess Charlotte for this big walk with a dress rehearsal. Apparently, a few days before they had to walk, Prince William explained the layout and the what they should expect from the well-wishers.

A week prior to the Sandringham walk, Prince William was with Prince George as they tried to bake a Christmas puddingwith Queen Elizabeth and Prince Charles. it was a lovely moment that showed four generations of England's current and future monarch and it was also part of The Royal British Legion's initiative to show families together at Christmas.
