2NE1 will forever be part of Park Bom. This is what she has proven when she confessed that her wish for this year is for her former group to reunite.

Park Bom made it to the third round of The King of Masked Singer before revealing her identity on the recent episode of the singing competition. The former member of 2NE1 showed off her stunning vocals during the competition. After revealing her identity to the audience, Bom revealed her wish for 2020.

In the episode, contestant On My Way goes up against Bruce Lee, who performed Im Se Jun's "Don't Go Today." On My Way, on the other hand, sang Seo Ji Won's "Another Beginning."

Bruce Lee moved to the next round with a vote of 56 to 43. On My Way took off her mask and it was revealed that it was 2NE1 alum-turned-solo artist Park Bom.

She was asked about her experience of being a solo artist. Park Bom admitted that it has been difficult performing without her bandmates. She, however, grateful to have returned on stage.

When asked about the possibility of a 2NE1 reunion, Bom never disappoints their fans. The "Spring" singer said like their fans, she would also love to work again with CL, Sandara Park, and Minzy if they would be given a chance.

"2NE1 members meet well quite often and I hope we can reunite one day in the future," she said to the delight of the audience.

The K-pop group's fans, also called the Blackjacks, have mixed reactions about Park Bom's statement. Many were happy that Bom is optimistic that all members of the group might work together again in the future. Others, on the other hand, blamed Bom for the group's disbandment.

"It was because of her scandal, not any of the other members. I wonder what's going on in her mind when she says stuff like this," one commented. "At least you get to appear on TV a lot. Don't you feel sorry for the others?" another wrote.

The Korean girl group 2NE1 was disbanded in 2016. CL and Dara remained signed under YG Entertainment as solo artists. CL did not renew her contract with the agency in November 2019 which leaves Dara as the only former member of 2NE1 on YG.

Park Bom, Dara, and CL recently had a reunion on the Billboard chart but not under the same song. Three members appeared on Billboard's World Digital Song Sales chart dated Dec. 21, 2019.

CL had four entries on the chart after she dropped two more songs last month. Her songs "+DONE161201+," "+PARADOX171115+," "+REWIND170205+," and "+I QUIT180327+" entered the top 10. Park Bom and Sandara's new holiday collaboration "The First Snow" debuted at No. 19.
