Prince Harry made his first royal engagement after announcing his and Meghan Markle's plan to step down from their royal duties. The Duke of Sussex hosted the 2021 Rugby League World Cup draw at Buckingham Palace, and amidst the royal crisis, former rugby player proved how good of a person the father of one is.

Prince Harry's friend and former colleague Jason Robinson told Sky News, via Daily Express, that he was looking forward seeing the Duke for the first time amidst the ongoing turmoil. The rugby superstar revealed he wanted to see his old pal after Kay Burley commended Harry as a person who didn't like "falling out" with people.

Robinson echoed the same thing, saying Prince Harry cares about people and gives his all. He even saw him doing a lot of stuff on the Invictus Games, where everyone could see how he interacted with people, who loved what he was doing.

"People love the fact that he's willing to give his all," he said. He continued to say that Prince Harry is "very personable and lovely fella."

Unfortunately, Robinson admitted that Prince Harry is not calling him to ask for some advice. Despite that, he is looking forward to seeing him, knowing he will give everything for everyone in the draw.

Amidst the royal crisis, Queen Elizabeth II, Prince Charles, and Prince William had a face-to-face talk with Prince Harry at Sandringham to polish his and his family's future. The monarch then released a statement after the discussions, saying that she and the entire royal family were supportive of his grandson's decision to create a new life of their own as a young family.

Business Times Online recently reported that Prince Harry attended the 2021 Rugby League World Cup draw, but remained mum about the issue on the future of his family after their announcement to retire and the royal summit. He was even seen laughing when asked about the progress of the discussions.

He even reportedly ignored questions from the members of the press at the time. In a post on Instagram, he shared a clip of his activity, in which the background song hinted his impending exit. As he reportedly got the green light from his grandmother to pursue their plan, he might be getting ready to move to Canada. Prince Harry is the patron of the Rugby Football League, so he hosted its draw and backed its new mental health initiative.
