Princess Beatrice's wedding to her fiancé Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi might not have the same fanfare as Prince Harry's wedding to Meghan Markle. She will, however, likely invite her cousin and cousin-in-law for her planned Spring event.

According to Daily Express, Meghan will definitely be on Princess Beatrice's invitation list. The York princess is expected to extend the invitation to her since she was also a guest at the Duchess of Sussex's wedding to her royal cousin, the Duke of Sussex, in May 2018. The report went on to say that Princess Beatrice will also likely invite Kate Middleton, the Duchess of Cambridge and the wife of her other cousin Prince William, the Duke of Cambridge.

Also expected to be on the guest list are, naturally, Queen Elizabeth and Princess Beatrice's immediate family -- dad Prince Andrew, the Duke of York, mom Sarah Ferguson, the Duchess of York, and sister Princess Eugenie. It's unclear, however, if Prince Philip will be able to attend the wedding given his health condition. The Duke of Edinburgh has also been retired from public life since 2017, but will he make an exception for this family event?

Meanwhile, Daily Express also surmised that Princess Beatrice would most likely have a lot of celebrity guests to her royal wedding, similar to the nuptials of Prince William, Prince Harry, and Princess Eugenie. Princess Beatrice is very good friends with singers Ellie Goulding, James Blunt and model Karlie Kloss.

But a royal expert said that Princess Beatrice's wedding will perhaps do away with a televised coverage. Angela Mollard said that it's not in the York princess' nature to draw attention to herself.

Princess Beatrice is a shy and private person. She's the complete opposite of her younger sister, Princess Eugenie, who is described as a far more sociable and outgoing woman.

Princess Eugenie did get a live wedding coverage when she married Jack Brooksbank in October 2018. The whole affair ran on ITV and handed extra security coverage.

Mollard further said that Princess Beatrice would likely prefer a wedding away from the U.K. so that it's small and intimate and without the media fanfare. However, Buckingham Palace might not agree to this arrangement.

Meanwhile, Princess Beatrice and Mozzi's wedding date has not yet been confirmed. While speculations say they will get married in the Spring, the couple, who got engaged in September 2019, did not say where and when the wedding will take place.
