This Is Us season 4 episode 11 will be airing on NBC this coming Tuesday, with the title "A Hell of a Week: Part One." Based on the title alone, it's obvious that the episode is designed to be a trilogy and one of the stories that would likely be in focus is Kate and Marc's relationship.
Marc re-enters the picture and it looks like it will be troublesome. Right now, it is still unclear what really happened to Kate and Marc in the past, aside from the fact that he's cruel and hurtful. He's always putting her down and manipulating her emotionally; making her even more emotional.
In the sneak peek of This Is Us season 4 episode 11, Kate was having an argument on the phone with Marc and, then, she locked herself in the room. The clip also shows Randall, who's also dealing with anxiety and didn't bother to ask what happened.
Also, Rebecca's current situation in life overwhelmed her and couldn't handle everything in the household. Later on, she realized her mistakes and based on her conversations earlier this season, she admitted she has many regrets in life and wasn't able to see what's in front of her.
Since This Is Us season 4 episode 11 is a trilogy, it wouldn't be a surprise if Kate's storyline will be explored -- particularly what happened with her and Marc. Her past relationship with him may also tie with her insecurities and feeling of self-worth she's currently going through with Toby. This may or may not be a happy ending at all, considering some of the flash-forward scenes.
Meanwhile, as mentioned, Randall is also dealing with anxiety. This Is Us season 4 episode 11 will see the character fearing some monsters from the past. In another sneak peek, he shared some of his fears with Jack, but the latter reassured him that monsters don't exist.
Jack then lays down next to him to make sure he's safe and sound. It's obvious that Randall had supportive people around him, yet the anxiety within him never go away easily. Perhaps, one of his current fears right now is that he knows Rebecca's condition and nobody else knows about that at the moment.
This Is Us season 4 episode 11 will arrive on Tuesday, Jan. 21, on NBC.
