Apple traditionally announces its latest iOS at its WWDC every June. Last year, it introduced the iOS 13 in June at released it on Sept. 19, 2019. Based on this pattern, there is a high possibility that the unveiling of iOS 14 might happen in June and the arrival on Sept. 2020.

The unveiling of the iOS 14 will give us the idea of what devices would be compatible with the upcoming Apple mobile operating system. However, ahead of the anticipated official unveiling, French website iPhonesoft leaks the compatibility list of the iOS 14.

List of iOS 14 Compatible Devices

The French website shares a list of iPhone models compatible with the forthcoming iOS 14. it includes the iPhone SE, iPhone 6s Plus, and iPhone 6s. iPhone 7, iPhone 7 Plus, iPhone 8, and iPhone 8 Plus are also included in the iOS 14 compatible list.

Users of iPhone X, iPhone XS, iPhone XR, and iPhone XS Max can also run their iPhones on the iOS 14. Other iPhone models compatible with the iOS 14 include the current generation iPhone 11 series, including iPhone 11 Pro, and iPhone 11 Pro Max. Moreover, the next-generation iPhone 12 series along with iPhone 12, iPhone 12 Pro, and iPhone 12 Pro Max would definitely use the upcoming iOS build.

According to iPhonesoft, iOS 14 would be compatible with iPhone SE, which arrived in 2016. The site also claims that the alleged iPhone 6s, an iPhone model released in 2015, is compatible with the upcoming Apple mobile operating system. Furthermore, the site says that all other iPhone models released since then could receive the latest iOS build.

Apple would also release the iPadOS for its iPad devices. The list of iPad devices compatible with iPadOS 14 includes iPad 5, iPad mini 5, and iPad Air 3. 9.7-inch iPad Pro, iPad 7, and iPad 6 would also run on iPadOS 14, according to the site. Other iPad models compatible with the upcoming iPadOS build include 12.9-inch iPad Pro, 11-inch iPad Pro, 10.5-inch iPad Pro, as well as the upcoming iPad Pro 2020.

iPhonesoft has previously shared information about Apple and its products. The French website accurately leaked that iPhone 5s and iPhone 6 would remain on iOS 12. However, its claim that the iPhone SE would run on iOS 13 did not pan out.
