There is little doubt that most artists go through a lot when recording new songs. Musicians tend to prepare before making music but sometimes things don't go according to their plans. For instance, SEVENTEEN's DK encountered a small yet hilarious accident while recording for a new song with his fellow members. Nevertheless, fans were loving the little mishap and thought it was in line with Dokyeom's comedic style.

DK, whose real name is Lee Seokmin, might be a part of the Vocal Team but he is also known for being one of the funniest members of SEVENTEEN. This is why he is one of the members of the group's gag team called BooSeokSoon (BSS) with Boo Seungkwan and Hoshi (Kwon Soonyoung). Interestingly, it looks like comedy follows Dokyeom in his every day life. This was proven when Seokmin was recording for a new song.

In a recently released video by the official SEVENTEEN YouTube account, DK is shown entering the recording studio for a new song. He confirms that he is recording the song for the soundtrack of the drama Chocolate and that the tune is titled 'Sweetest Thing'. Dokyeom also stated that his fellow members Joshua, Dino, and Wonwoo will be recording after him. However, the fifth member Seungkwan will be working the next day because he has a previous scheduled appointment.

At first, it looks like the recording is going well as DK goes through his lines. However, as he hits a high note perfectly, the camera suddenly falls to the floor. The unperturbed vocalist immediately picks it up and places it back to its original position. He then continues recording without too much drama.

It is unclear why the camera fell in the first place but Carats have their theories. Some believe that the camera "fell in love with DK's voice" and simply couldn't handle the infatuation. Others yet claim that the camera fainted from the beauty of Dokyeom's singing. Either way, it was a funny accident that had SEVENTEEN fans talking.

The other members of SEVENTEEN like Joshua and Dino had no problems while recording the new song. Wonwoo also came in and went about his rap perfectly although it was clear that he was still sleepy. Likewise, Seungkwan went about the recording without a hitch.

SEVENTEEN have just finished the North American leg of their Ode To You world tour. They will be back on the road by February.
