Are Prince Harry and Meghan Markle planning to live in Los Angeles? The Duke and Duchess of Sussex are now based in Vancouver but there have been speculations that they will soon be moving stateside.
However, E! News anchor Justin Sylvester said that Prince Harry and Meghan's plan might not be a good idea at all. Though the Duchess of Sussex was born in Los Angeles, Sylvester said that it would be better for the royal pair not to come settle in the United States.
First, Sylvester reasoned that Prince Harry and Meghan will not love the traffic in Los Angeles. Second, the move to the states could be blamed on Meghan yet again.
Sylvester said that the reason Prince Harry and Meghan may have chosen Canada, initially, was because it is a Commonwealth country. However, the host believes that the Sussex royals really planned on staying in Los Angeles but doing so will have the people thinking that she orchestrated this all along.
Meanwhile, another queen is actually offering up her home to the Duke and Duchess of Sussex. Madonna, the Queen of Pop, said that Prince Harry and Meghan can live in her multimillion-dollar apartment in New York.
Speaking in an Instagram video, Madonna addressed Prince Harry and Meghan to say that she's going to sublet her Central Park West apartment. She also said that Canada is boring compared to life in New York.
Madonna also gave a peek of her two-bedroom unit with a view of Manhattan. She pitched that her home's location is even better than Buckingham Palace.
Prince Harry and Meghan said, in early January, that they planned on dividing their time between the U.K. and North America as they step back from their royal roles. After a long talk with the senior royals, Queen Elizabeth announced that they were supporting the Sussex pair's bid for a more peaceful life away from the British media's prying eyes.
On Sunday, Feb. 3, Queen Elizabeth was seen wearing a Canadian snowflake brooch as she stepped out of church in Sandringham. Royal observers said that this was the Queen's subtle message of support for Prince Harry and Meghan.
It's unclear when the Duke and Duchess of Sussex are flying back to London. Some royal observers believe that they might be going to Princess Beatrice's wedding at the end of spring. They may also be joining the royal family for the annual Trooping the Colours celebration.
