Meghan Markle and Prince Harry announced their plans of stepping down as senior royals earlier last month. While it is only a few weeks ago when the deal was concluded, it seemingly appears that they are now enjoying their privacy in their "temporary" British Columbia home.
In fact, there are not many reports about the couple, as well as their firstborn son, Archie Harrison, in terms of their current status and condition. Consequently, it is quite safe to say that they are keeping a "low profile" these days. But, even so, a PR expert claimed that this is just the right thing to do.
According to Express UK, several royal analysts and PR experts recently shared their thoughts about the Megxit controversy. Although things have been quite steady for the rest of the British Royal Family as they show their "business as usual" attitude after the shocking royal exit, the case is not the same among the press and the media.
Based on general reception, the recent headlines have been focused on Meghan Markle and Prince Harry's exit. It is not surprising, though, as this decision of theirs has been deemed to be one of the Monarchy's greatest challenges in recent times.
As revealed by the publication, an unnamed PR expert explained that keeping a "low profile" for now looks like the best option for the Duke and Duchess.
Even if the Megxit deal was already concluded, the press and the media will continue to take its focus on Meghan Markle and Prince Harry, which is something they would not want considering that their media presence is one of the factors being looked upon as to why they decided to step down.
Vanity Fair also, recently, published the same narrative. It was claimed that the Sussex couple is "lying low" these days. However, this will not be for long as they also need to get back to work outside the monarchy.
The PR expert continued to explain that it will be best for Meghan Markle and Prince Harry to return to the public eye "through charitable work." After a month or two of being absent, it is likely much more suitable for them to come back with "showing, not telling" charity deeds.
The type of charity that they must work on was also advised to be a "positive-leaning" one. But, whatever they choose to do after their break from the media, they must not talk about their plans and instead, simply show the public what their plans are.
