Prince Harry has become a lot more open about the condition of his mental health in recent years. In fact, most of his campaigns and initiatives are focused on mental health awareness and assistance.

The Duke of Sussex has been also very vocal of his struggles, notably the grief over losing his mother, Princess Diana when he was still a kid. Based on the analysis and conclusions made by experts, this is the center and base of his mental health concerns today.

In an interview with The New York Times magazine, the author of the 2007's The Diana Chronicles, Tina Brown shared her thoughts about the "future" of the royals, especially Prince Harry. She was also asked about her views on Megxit and insights on the Duke of Sussex's "psychology."

As per her assertions, she believes that the Prince of Wales' youngest son is a "very unhappy man." She also explained that the "deep wounds" that he obtained from his mother, Princess Diana's death, "have never healed."

Aside from the loss of a mother, she also claimed that Prince Harry did not have "that" sense of purpose concerning his "role" as the second son of the Heir Apparent. Accordingly, this all came together and made him feel "unhappy."

Although the Duke of Sussex never mentions in his statements that he has not moved on yet from the unfortunate accident more than two decades ago, the tone of his speeches about his mental health and his mother seemingly shows this dynamic already. So, this is not entirely surprising, especially to the royal followers and fans, that his wounds have never healed yet.

Just recently, Prince Harry, once again, opened up about his mental health condition and how he has been seeing a "mental health professional" for quite some time now. As per Harper's Bazaar, this speech was given during the JPMorgan-sponsored event in Miami earlier this month.

It was reported that his and Meghan Markle's attendance in the event was the first time they appeared in public after the conclusion of the Megxit deal. The reports also noted that the Duke and Duchess were the "keynote speakers" of the event.

The royal's speech also reportedly included the reason why they decided to step back as senior royals. In his speech, Prince Harry stated that he wants to "protect" his wife and son. As explained, the royal-born Prince does not want Meghan and Archie to experience what Princess Diana went through and what he had to go through after losing the Princess of Wales.
